I do not charge any cancellation fees for changes or cancellations of your appointment.
Whether it’s due to feeling unwell or an unexpected schedule change, it’s completely okay.

About My Service Style
From consultation to shampoo, haircut, and styling,
I personally handle every step of the process myself.
To ensure enough time and personalized care for each guest,
I accept only up to two clients per day with a relaxed schedule.
Because of this, I kindly ask that you arrive on time,
so as not to affect the next guest’s appointment.
In rare cases where a guest fails to show up without notice and it is deemed intentional,
I may charge 100% of the reserved menu price.
