Q. Will I be charged a cancellation fee if I cancel or change my appointment at the hair salon, or if I am late for my appointment?

A. Since Taka reserves time for each customer, Taka asks for a cancellation fee under the following conditions.

・Changes or cancellations within 48 hours from the appointment date → 30% of the booked service fee

・Cancellation without notice → 50% of the booked service fee

・Late for appointment time →  Please contact the hair salon directly at +81998127111. If you are late for more than 15 minutes, depending on the appointment status, it may be canceled and you may be asked to pay a cancellation fee of 30% of the booked service fee.

Hairdresser Taka will be in charge of everything from consultation to shampooing and finishing styling.

For this reason, Taka reserves longer than usual hair salons for each customer’s treatment time.
