Can You Trust That Review? Tips for Choosing the Right Hair Salon Without Regret

What criteria do you use when choosing a hair salon?
Price, location, skill level, interior design, Instagram aesthetic, staff numbers—or “reviews”?

Many people rely on online reviews, such as those on Google.
It’s true that reviews let you read real customer experiences, which can be helpful when deciding.

But in today’s world, reviews can be “bought.”

It’s easy to pay for fake reviews to be written.
Getting 100 or 200 five-star reviews is not difficult at all.
That’s why blindly trusting all reviews is a dangerous choice.

All of my reviews are 100% real.

The Google reviews I’ve published were never written by paid reviewers or agencies.
They were all written by actual customers who visited my salon, and whom I personally asked for feedback.

Each one reflects a real experience, and is the result of my actual work.
And these customers aren’t only from Japan—
People have come to me from Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa, and South America.
Their honest voices are the proof of what I’ve built over the years.

To be honest, even writing “they’re real” might sound a bit shady.
But it’s true.

Who is actually providing the service?

Reviews are important.
But what’s even more important is who is offering the service or product.
What kind of person or business are they? What are their values and intentions?

Exaggerated marketing is everywhere.
“No-damage perms,” “guaranteed perfect styles”—words like these can sound nice, but anyone can say them.

I aim to offer **honest, authentic information**.

Today, AI can generate flawless hairstyle images in seconds.
But can that style really be achieved? Does it suit the customer? What about scalp and hair health?
How many people truly consider those inner details?

That’s why I believe it’s essential to look beyond appearances or slogans.
Ask: “Who is doing the work?” “What kind of person is behind this?”
Looking at the essence leads to better choices.

In closing.

Hair has the power to impact your life in profound ways.
That’s why I truly want you to find a hairdresser you can trust.
And I hope my collection of **real reviews** can serve as one guide in your decision.
