Because Your Hair and Body Are Irreplaceable, a Once-in-a-Lifetime Treasure

⸻
“The human body is like a car that you can never replace in your lifetime.”
This is an analogy often heard in many fields.
Unlike machines, where you can add new parts or even replace the whole car, our body is one of a kind. Once it breaks, that’s the end—we can only keep repairing it somehow and continue living.
Hair is the same.
The scalp and hair are also part of the body.
Once damaged, they can never fully return to their original state.
⸻
Take hair for example.
I’m often asked, “If I get a treatment, will my hair go back to normal?”
But hair is made of “dead cells.”
Once it’s damaged, it cannot be repaired.
Treatments and repair agents can temporarily improve the feel and appearance, but that’s closer to a “cover-up” than actual “recovery.”
They add protein and oils, coat the surface, and make it *look* as though it’s better.
But if you use a “low-quality” shampoo, daily damage will undo it all again.
⸻
There is one principle I hold dear:
The most important thing is “not to break it” in the first place.
No matter how good the treatment, if you repeat coloring, perming, or bleaching, your hair will gradually thin and weaken.
But in reality, many people think like this:
“Even if I color, perm, or straighten my hair, as long as I go to the salon, it will be fine.”
This is a very dangerous mindset.
The more procedures you do, the more your hair and scalp lose their “strength.”
A salon is not a magical place.
⸻
That’s why I value “preventive beauty.”
Based on the principles of Eastern medicine, improving blood circulation and creating a healthy scalp environment provides the foundation for healthy hair growth.
Incorporating a product called “Herb Magic” into your daily routine at home.
It’s not about fixing damage after it happens, but protecting your hair to prevent it from happening in the first place.
I believe this is what it truly means to face your hair sincerely.
⸻
Of course, you don’t have to restrain yourself from everything.
“I want to try bleaching.” “I want to get straightening.” —
I also deeply value those feelings.
Through a hairstyle, you can meet a new version of yourself or gain confidence.
That is also the power of beauty.
However, it always comes with “risks.”
That’s why I always ask:
“Why do you want that procedure?”
“What do you want to achieve through that hairstyle?”
If a client says, “I still want to do it,” then I will support them with all my effort,
and think of the best possible approach.
But if something goes wrong, it is entirely “my responsibility as a professional.”
⸻
I still don’t know if this is the right answer.
It’s a theme I keep thinking about.
But there is one thing I can say with certainty:
Your hair and your body are treasures for life. Protect them before you break them.
